Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our service, process, and billing.
General Service
We build routes around local waste-collection schedules and confirm your service window. Leave your empty bins visible and accessible after collection, and we will handle the rest.
Not at all. Just leave your empty bins at the curb or in a visible, accessible spot after your trash is collected. We’ll clean them, apply a freshness tag, and walk them back up your driveway to your garage or side-yard.
We use a specialized truck that lifts your bins and blasts the interior with 200° hot water at high pressure. This sanitizes, disinfects, and deodorizes. We also wipe down the exterior and handle the dirty wastewater so it doesn't end up on your driveway.
Yes, our hot water system cuts through freezing temperatures. However, severe winter storms or icy road conditions may require us to delay your route by a few days for the safety of our drivers.
The trailer collects used wash water and runs it through a multi-stage filtration system on site. Filtered water can be reused to clean multiple bins without discharging used water during the cleaning run.
Residential Bin Cleaning
We build routes around local waste-collection schedules and confirm your service window. Leave the empty bins visible and accessible after collection, and we will take it from there.
No. Just leave your empty bins at the curb after pickup. We'll clean them, walk them back, and tag them. You won't need to lift a finger.
Our truck uses a specialized lift system to tip your bin and blast the interior with 200° pressurized hot water. We capture all dirty water on-truck, wipe the exterior, and apply a deodorizing agent before returning your bin.
Yes. We understand schedules change. Contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled clean to pause, skip, or cancel.
If your bins are full or inaccessible on your scheduled cleaning day, we will skip the cleaning and charge the normal visit fee. Contact us to discuss your next cleaning; any rescheduled visit must be arranged separately.
Yes! We can clean both trash and recycling bins. Just let us know how many bins you have when you sign up so we can quote you accurately.
Commercial Services
Yes. We can clean commercial bins and the surrounding dumpster pads and enclosures. Tell us about your property so we can scope access, materials, and a suitable service plan.
Absolutely. We build your route so cleaning happens before opening, after closing, or during your lowest-traffic window — whatever minimizes disruption.
High-volume food service accounts typically need weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. We'll recommend a cadence after seeing your operation.
Pad washing can be scoped on its own or bundled into a commercial service agreement. We will confirm the work included in your quote.
Yes. We offer multi-location agreements with consolidated invoicing — ideal for franchises, property managers, or businesses operating across several Pocono properties.
Yes. We can plan bin, dumpster pad, and exterior surface cleaning for venues and events, including sports venues, resorts, and outlet malls. Contact us with your site and event schedule for a custom scope.
HOA & Community Programs
Yes. We can run both models — a fully enrolled community contract or a resident opt-in program where interested homeowners sign up individually at a discounted group rate.
We can bill the HOA directly as part of a community-wide contract, bill residents individually, or use a combination. We'll work with your treasurer to find the cleanest solution.
We can work with communities as small as 10 homes. The larger the community, the better the per-home rate.
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive packages that include community entrance signs, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces alongside the bin cleaning program.
When the entire community is deodorizing their bins on the same cycle, you eliminate the collective odor signature that draws bears and raccoons. Individual bins cleaned in isolation are far less effective at deterring wildlife than a community-wide approach.
A neighborhood of 50–100 homes typically takes 3–5 hours depending on layout and access. We plan routes to minimize noise and disruption to residents.
Residential Surface Cleaning
Yes — we use a soft-wash technique for vinyl, wood, and composite surfaces. High pressure on those materials can cause damage or force water behind the panels. Our soft-wash approach uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to achieve a deep clean safely.
We can assess oil and grease stains and recommend a suitable treatment. Results depend on how deeply a stain has set and the condition of the asphalt.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to mechanically blast surfaces — best for concrete, pavers, and masonry. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with cleaning solutions to safely treat roofs, siding, and delicate surfaces without risk of damage.
Yes. Commercial pressure washing is part of our Commercial Services page, alongside bin and dumpster pad cleaning and venue and event cleaning.
That depends on shade, traffic, staining, and surface condition. Spring or fall can be useful times to assess buildup after a season of weather.
Yes. Ask us about coordinating a residential asphalt cleaning assessment with your bin cleaning visit.
