1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Expectations

Greenstone Cleaning Co. will provide trash bin cleaning and/or pressure washing services on the scheduled dates. It is the customer's responsibility to leave the bins empty and accessible at the curb or designated area. If bins are full or inaccessible on the scheduled cleaning day, we will skip the cleaning and charge the normal visit fee. Contact us to discuss your next cleaning; any rescheduled visit must be arranged separately.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed automatically according to the selected frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, but please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled cleaning to avoid being charged for that visit.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care in our cleaning processes, Greenstone Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or property. Our hot water system is highly pressurized and may remove loose paint, degraded plastic, or stickers from bins.
